Businesses on the Central Coast will have access to fully-subsidised, expert business support aboard the Business Connect Bus, in locations across the Central Coast in late September.

We are now taking appointment bookings(link below) for the bus which travels across NSW with expert Business Advisors aboard to share insights on business strategies including marketing, financial planning and legal advice.

Central Coast businesses and locals interested in starting up an enterprise can access the invaluable experience of the Business Centre's Central Coast Business Adviser Phil Usher and Senior Advisor Reda Haddedah at locations in Woy Woy, Gosford, The Entrance and Wyong during the last week of September.

The Business Bus with our experienced Business Advisors aboard will be located at Woy Woy, Gosford, The Entrance and Wyong throughout the last two weeks of September.

The Business Centre CEO, Steve Wait said the Advisors will address the specific needs of business owners on the Central Coast, who can often find it difficult to access affordable, specialised and high-quality business advice.

"Business Connect is the NSW Government's business advisory service supporting small-to-medium businesses to start or grow their business.  Two of our aim's under the program are to help locals who are keen to startup their own business, do so successfully, and to support existing businesses on the Central Coast to grow.

"We can help with expert support from the ground up or work alongside existing businesses to help them tackle specific problems they are facing. All Business Advisors aboard the bus have owned and operated their own business and are experts in their respective fields.

"The 710,000 small businesses across NSW are considered the lifeblood of the state’s economy.  They represent almost 98% of all NSW businesses, employ almost half the state's workforce and generate $47 billion in annual wages and salaries.  We are here to help these types of businesses succeed.

The Business Connect Bus gives small business operators the chance to access free professional advice that will help these vital businesses grow.  Finding business guidance at any stage of your business journey - from idea, to start up, expansion, or even an exit plan is crucial.
