I have been providing development solutions in New South Wales since 1995. My core area of work is in urban planning, in particular development assessment and approval. With a background in land surveying this has led to a practical approach to town planning and an understanding of the whole development process which has helped me to develop a strategic approach to development assessment and approvals. This also provides the knowledge to understand the implications of decisions at the planning stage on the construction of a development.

The planning process is about being able to justify your point of view and effectively dealing with people, something I enjoy doing. Without these abilities it is not possible to deliever timely, feasible and realistic approvals for projects.
