Located in the heart of Newcastle, our versatile function and meeting rooms are perfect for your next training session, networking event, conference or meeting. Enjoy air conditioned comfort, the ease of wireless internet access, supply of coffee, tea, biscuits, water and use of selected equipment—all included in your room hire.
The Training Room
The Training Room is fleixble with seating layout options, being a large rectangular room with two separate doors accessing the main hallway. The Room has natural light from the indoor garden well and a separate kitchenette.

- U Shape for 18 people
- Classroom for 25 people

The Board Room
The Board Room is the perfect size for 12 people to conduct a professional yet still intimate Board Meeting. Our Board Room is square in shape with two separate doors accessing the main hallway as well as a large station running nearly the length of the back wall - perfect for a set food and beverage station or a resource space.

Equipment
The equipment available at The Business Centre which is included in the prices quoted above are Whiteboard with Markers and a Flipchart. For an additional fee you can access a Data Projector with laser pointer for $22 per hour or $75 per day or night. Laptops and free standing computers are available - price will be offered on application or enquiry.
Catering
Every training group, function, event or meeting will have different preferences when it comes to catering, so we prefer to tailor a package that suits your needs. Our function manager will enjoy ascertaining the best catering option after a quick chat with you. The Business Centre enjoys sourcing all catering from local CBD based professional organisations, who take pride in offering something for every occasion!
