Twenty years from now you will be more disappointed by the things that you didn’t do than by the ones you did do… Mark Twain
We are living in a time of continuous change. In facing changes we meet obstacles that at times appear insurmountable. If you’re ready to push the boundaries, to challenge the status quo, to question the way you face the world, to change the way you think and respond...then you’re ready for The Rippler Effect!
The Rippler Effect is a proven program in business innovation. This five-month adventure provides an environment for participants to reflect, question, step-out, develop confidence, collaborate and network.
The program has impact; it impacts the way you perceive leadership, opportunities, collaboration and success. You will learn from the best as we introduce you to a wide variety of innovative business experts. The Rippler Effect has provided participants with the tools and knowledge to enable that extraordinary leap off the ledge to opportunity. It also provides national accreditation in innovation practice and management.
So lead, participate and connect with amazing people like you.
What: We have strategically developed a series of workshops presented in seven days over a five-month period, aimed at embedding innovation into organisational culture. The program is delivered in two stages. At the successful completion of Stage One, participants will be accredited with a Skill Set in Innovation Practice. At the successful completion of Stage Two participants will be accredited with a Skill Set in Innovation Management.
Why: To provide managers and business owners with strategies to implement innovation into their business and to improve profitability and competitiveness in global markets.
Over the course of The Rippler Effect program and on successful completion of work-based assessment tasks, participants will receive accreditation in the following skill sets and units of competency (subsidised by the NSW Government).
The executive workshop series will deliver leaders the resources required to harness innovation in their business. Increased productivity will deliver increased profits from realising and actioning good ideas.
The workshops will encourage collaboration amongst participating organisations to solve existing problems, create new products and create new processes. These skills will then be transferable into individual businesses and assist companies with making decisions about where to invest their time and money.
What some of our Graduates have said...
"Christina, Thank you for your guidance and provoking during the RIPPLER Course. The exposure to ideas and thought processes was something I appreciated. At first I wondered what I had got into but your books on Mandela and others on Leadership was informative. Chip Conley in Peak challenged me as an owner. Their ideas I am working into what I do. I expected a "how to " Course with notes etc. after a short while I realised you can not by definition "innovate" by learning. You need to discover what you can do by listening and seeing what others have done. It is not easy and it requires self awareness and honest personal evaluation. That you taught me. I believe Business Leaders need to take time out from doing and spend more time thinking. RIPPLER gave me that opportunity."
"For me personally it was a good course. It challenged me and opened me up to a different way of thinking and took me out of my comfort zone. It is also good that you can interact with different people with different skills and thinking."
"The course has inspired me to challenge our conventional practises. It gave me the confidence to stand up and say we need to be more innovative and come up with smart solutions to stay competitive. It taught me to accept and embrace my disruptive thinking."
"I have already started to implement some of the aspects we have covered during the past few months - in both my professional and personal lives - and believe I have really benefited on a number of levels from The Rippler experience."
